James Pikett joins the team
53North would like to give a warm welcome to James. James is the second of our three new starters to join us. With the onset of digitisation and artificial intelligent based condition monitoring, we recognised that additional analytical resource was needed for our dedicated data analytical centre. James will be key to expanding our data analytical services as well as oil condition monitoring.
James had this to say about joining 53North; ‘I’m really excited to be joining the team at 53North in utilising my Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering with Biotechnology from the University of Sheffield to assist in reliability engineering and applied sciences. I decided to stay in Sheffield once my degree finished to continue with my love of Triathlon, having captained the University team and completed my first Half Ironman last September. 53North’s aim is to improve process efficiency and asset performance, and I would like to bring my knowledge and enthusiasm to excel this further while also learning as much as I can from this great team.’
